PaseoF.I.T. specializes in comprehensive land-based training programs designed to reduce injury risks and boost athletes' strength, speed, agility, and mental focus. Our top priority is athlete well-being, which is why we conduct thorough Functional Movement Screen (FMS) assessments to customize training plans for individuals of all fitness levels. Athletes participate in small-group Youth Athlete Classes 2-3 times a week, fostering camaraderie and support. Additionally, we offer SwimF.I.T. cardio-fitness classes for those seeking to further enhance their fitness regimen and prep for High School or H.O.A. teams or athletes recovering from injury.

Functional Movement Screen (FMS)

Play to your strengths and work on your weaknesses.

The FMS is a screening tool that measures seven fundamental movement patterns in every day life. Using FMS scoring results, movement principles are put into action to make individual land-based programming decisions and guide purpose-driven exercise selection. The FMS is an ongoing feedback tool that makes the entire training process -- both short-term and long-term -- more safe, effective, and efficient.

Youth Athlete Training

In our Youth Sports Performance Training program, we prioritize enhancing our athletes' strength, velocity, agility, and mindset, recognizing these as pivotal factors for success in fitness, athletics, and high-level physical activities. Our objective is to establish a robust groundwork for our athletes, fostering their overall skill development and movement proficiency.

With coaches holding multiple degrees in biomechanics, education, and athletic training, boasting professional sports experience, and accumulating years of combined coaching expertise, you can trust in the excellence of our programming. We customize our approach to suit each athlete's unique needs and abilities, ensuring optimal progress and performance.
