Paseo's Fitness Programs combine cardio swim fitness with PaseoF.I.T. an engaging land-based, functional fitness training program geared toward building strength and improving endurance. SwimF.I.T. is competition-optional and designed for swimmers with a range of athletic goals, including preparing for H.S. swim teams or low-impact, cross-training in the off-season.
